Flt Lt Kalpana Yadav (Retd) is a leading Career Counsellor and Higher education expert of India. She is a lifelong learner, with a passion to guide and enable youngsters to maximise their potential by making informed decisions about their career paths and goal.
An Air Force veteran, IIM Ahmedabad and University of Delhi alumna, with a total experience of two decades in armed forces, higher education, skill development and career guidance sectors.
She utilises her rich experience of 20+ yrs in diverse sectors to guide and mentor the youth and motivate them to find their true calling.
She believes that each one is uniquely talented and born to be successful, provided we are able to know our strengths are utilise them well.
Providing independent Career guidance services to the youth is her way of contribution to build a new and resurgent India.
